Sponsorship Levels and Benefits

We have several sponsorship opportunities available, each with unique benefits

• $ 450 Table Sponsor—  Recognized in the program and provided with a logo displayed on a table sign.  Tables include 6 seats.  

• $450 Beverage Sponsor— Limited to 1 spot. Business or logo recognition in the program, digital acknowledgment, and logo displayed at the beverage station.

• $1,000 Program Sponsor— Limited to 10 spots. Full-page advertisement in the program and digital promotion.

• $5,000 Food Sponsor— Limited to 1 spot. Full-page ad in the program, digital ad, verbal recognition during the event, and logo placement on buffet tables.

• $10,000 Event Sponsor — Limited to 1 spot. Full-page ad in the program, digital ad, verbal recognition at the event, radio shout-outs, banner display, website promotion, and social media acknowledgment.

Financial Donations Levels and Benefits

• $500 Diamond— 1/4-page advertisement in the program, a digital ad, and listing on the website.

• $1,000 Philanthropist— 1/2-page advertisement in the program, digital ad, and recognition on the website and social media.

  The program size is 8.5 inches by 5.5 inches, with half-page ads measuring 4.25 inches by 5.5 inches, and quarter-page ads measuring 4.25 inches by 2.75 inches.
  
  Digital ads will be displayed on the big screen during the event. Social media promotions on Facebook and Instagram will run until 30 days after the event. Website advertisements will be active for up to 90 days after the event. Verbal acknowledgments will occur three times during the event.
